Why is the change in package-lock.json so huge? I wouldn't expect any changes during release. Could this be caused by this line?

Why is the change in package-lock.json so huge? I wouldn't expect any changes during release. Could this be caused by this line?

Thanks to da120c7 this is not the case anymore
